Toward Radical Transformation: Serving and Supporting Trans and Nonbinary People in a Time of Backlash

As anti-trans policies and public rhetoric grow more hostile, trans and nonbinary people are being pushed further to the margins — often by the very systems meant to offer care and safety. In this moment, symbolic inclusion isn’t enough. We need mindful, bold, structural actions.

This session is designed for nonprofit leaders, service providers, and movement builders who want to move their work toward radical transformation — centering the safety, dignity, and leadership of trans and nonbinary people. Together, we’ll explore how systemic transphobia, racism, and ableism show up in client support, advocacy, and organizational culture — and what it takes to build truly affirming, trauma-informed programs and policies.

If you're ready to evolve your practice and deepen your commitment, this session is for you.
